Wow, can you believe it is 2009??? Well, we are starting the year off with some fabulous new classes. We are going to keep the classes updated here on the blog for you to reference.

CARD CLASSES:

Tuesday-February 3rd 10:00-12:00pm
Create three Valentine Cards using the Slice. $20.00
*Paper weaving Saturday February 7th 1:00-3:00pm
Create two cards using paper weaving techniques perfect for that
special guy in your life. $20.00
*Tea bag folding Saturday February 28th 1:00-3:00pm
Create a mini book that you could give as a card or keep for yourself. $30.00

Scrapbooking Classes:
*Time Mini Book Sunday February 1st 2:00-4:00pm
Create a 6x6 mini book using Acrylic and some of Heidi Swapp's newest papers. $25.00
*Love Mini Book Sunday February 8th 2:00-4:00pm
Create a cute little book to give to your one and only using Teresa Collin's new

Now for all the classes you need to bring a basic supply list with you, when you sign up for the class you will be given the supply list. You must pre-register for all classes. All the classes are on display at the store in the scrapbook department. If you have any questions feel free to call and speek to either Yvonne or Karen.

Holiday Hours

Our store hours for New Years Eve will be 9:30 am - 5pm. New Years day we will be open 10am - 5pm. Happy New Year Everybody!

Christmas Food Drive

Ok, so we haven't been doing a very good job at posting on our blog lately :( Shame on us. We promise to do better! :) We do want to let all of you know that we are currently running a Christmas Food Drive. Bring any non-perishable food items to Griffins by Sunday Dec. 21st and Griffins will reward you with one Griffins Dollar for each pound of food you bring in, up to 20 Griffins Dollars. Our Thanksgiving food drive generated more than 800 pounds of food! We want to make the Christmas food drive even better! So bring those items in and save some $$$!

Slice news...

Wow, the SLICE is finally here and we are so excited. We have one open and ready to give you a demo on how awesome this little baby is. If you would like to see more information on the slice you can go to the website especially set up by Making Memories. It is full of not only demos on how to use the slice but some cute projects as well. The holidays are fast approaching and this is something you will want to have on the top of your list. It is simply fabulous and gets a 5 star rating from us.
